Biography[]
Margie Koch was a copywriter at Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce and later at Sterling Cooper & Partners.
Hired between Season 5 and Season 6, Margie was presumably brought to the agency due to its need for a female copywriter after the resignation of Peggy Olson. She takes over the Topaz Pantyhose account after Michael Ginsberg talked them into television.
During the merger between Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce and Cutler, Gleason, and Chaough she met Peggy Olson who had been made the copy chief of the new agency. She assumes that she will be laid off, figuring that the agency would not want 2 female copywriters. She is correct and does not survive the merger.
